Excellence and differentiation
Restinga was founded in 2015 with a focus on distilling high-quality spirits, seeking excellence and differentiation in the product, and taking care of every detail of the 100% artisanal process.

Step number 1
Alcohol:
We use tri-distilled grain alcohol: this process is what makes the product of superior quality, with clear characteristics, clean appearance, pleasant flavor, and most importantly, a degree of purity that makes it unbeatable for the preparation of any alcoholic beverage and makes it suitable for human consumption.
Step number 2
Distillation:
We have two imported copper stills, one with a capacity of 500 liters and the other with a capacity of 1,000 liters. These are heated by steam for improved distillation.
What is Gin?
Gin is the result of a distillation of neutral alcohol flavored and flavored with botanicals, in which juniper should predominate on the nose and palate.
Step number 3
Maceration:
Both our Flavored Edition and the Autumn Distillate are macerated. This occurs once the distillation is complete, beginning a maturation process of between 48 and 72 hours with new botanicals that give it everything from color to new aromas, depending on the ingredients of each sample.
Step number 4
Bottling and labeling:
Finally, we bottle and label everything manually, numbering each bottle individually for post-sale tracking.
