Ingredients
- 50 ml of Restinga gin
- 10 ml of liquid honey
- 100 ml of tonic water
- Mandarin peel
- Fresh lemon verbena leaves
Method
- 01 / Fill a tall glass with crushed ice to the rim.
- 02 / Cool the glass until it is cold and discard the ice.
- 03 / Add 50 ml of Restinga gin, 10 ml of liquid honey and stir to incorporate the ingredients.
- 04 / Perfume with a twist of mandarin peel, squeezing it gently to extract the aromas and essential oils contained within. Place the twist in the glass.
- 05 / Fill the glass with crushed ice again.
- 06 / Slowly pour the tonic water down the side of the glass, although the most professional way to do this is to use a mixing spoon which will bring the bubbles to life.
- 07 / Stir lightly to incorporate the ingredients.
- 08 / Place a straw.
