Ingredients
- 50 ml of Restinga Gin
- Lemon peel
- 100 ml of tonic water
Method
- 01 / Fill a balloon glass to the brim with good, large, compact ice.
- 02 / Cool the glass until it is cold and strain the excess water from the glass.
- 03 / Perfume with a twist of lemon peel, squeezing it gently to extract the aromas and essential oils it contains, which will perfume much more than a slice of the same fruit. Place the twist in the glass.
- 04 / Add 50 ml of Restinga gin.
- 05 / Stir lightly to chill our gin.
- 06 / Slowly pour the tonic water down the side of the glass, although the most professional way to do this is to use a mixing spoon which will bring the bubbles to life.
