A classic and legendary cocktail, inspired by the Atlantic Ocean and the eucalyptus forests of Mar del Plata.
Created by Gonzalo Duarte (Brand Ambassador Restinga), with a maceration of eucalyptus leaves and the addition of sea salt. Served with equal parts bitters, Restinga gin, and vermouth.
